Are you out of Colombo Metropolitan, you don't have to worry, we will process your Photo ID Cards and deliver it to your doorstep in no time via our Partner Courier Service.
What we need from you.
1. Passport Size Photographs of your Employees by email or post.
2. Original Artwork of your Company Logo and Name Types, if you don't
have one, just scanned copy of your Business Card or Letterhead.
( Artwork free of charge )
3. A Company letter Authorized by your Manager or who ever has
Authorizing Power with the Name,National ID No., and the Designation of
the employees.
4. Contact person’s Name, email Id, Phone No, and the Mobile No.( Person
who will handle this Order)
5. We will mail you a soft copy of the Invoice , and you make payments in
any Seylan Bank Ltd. Payee: Media Trax A/C # 0680 01200739 001
(Colombo South Branch) (Please make sure you ask the person in the
bank counter to enter your company name as reference when you make
the Deposit)
Once the Artwork is approved, we will enter the data to the cards and send you a final proof for approval, once the data and the artwork is approved.
We will process the Plastic ID card on the same day and send it to you the next day through our partner Courier Service to be delivered the next day. ( Courier Fees will be borne by the customer. If the order is for more than 50 Nos. of IDs. The charges will be paid by us. You get a free delivery.
